This product is great, It’s a real step up from our old hand-held frother.
The capacity is great if you’re the only one using it at any one time, but It’ll run out quickly for two or more people using it.
The heating element heats the milk swiftly and the material and structure of the frother allows it to stay warm for a long time, which is great if you’re a slow drinker. It’s also very compact so its really easy to store.
However, two things should be considered. First, the product claims to be ‘easy to clean’ yet there’s a specific part of it that’s stained forever and we have to use a chopstick to scrape the gunk off each time we use it.
Upon further research, a customer service employee commented on a Q&A post on the product website “I can confirm this is coated with a non stick to facilitate easy cleaning and prevent milk residue from adhering.” – Perhaps It’s just my product that’s defective or poorer quality than the others? Something to think about…
The second issue is the capacity. It’s usually only me using it, but I’m a fast drinker, so I have to replenish it frequently. It’d be a much larger issue if I had another person using it with me.
But overall, It’s a nice product that I would recommend.
